Identical to the Hot Rod Nitrous CA in dimensions and most components, this Hot Rod Fuel was designed without a binding so advanced or expert skiers can pair their favorite boot and binding combinations. The Hot Rod Fuel is a fast and lively all-mountain ski that's ideally suited for advanced skiers who tend to stick to groomed and broken snow. Unlike other all-mountain skis that are weighted down with vibration-dampening devices, the Nordica's Hot Rod Fuel remains light, lively and completely predictable in the transitions between groomers, hardpack, broken crud and light powder. It features Nordica's Full Twin V Active CA ski construction for superb acceleration that suits aggressive skiers. The Full Twin V Active CA is a closed power train chassis that helps improve the overall torsion control, giving you excellent control on groomed and hardpack snow. One important note: In previous skiing magazine reviews, the feedback on some Nordica ski performance varied depending on which ski lengths the testers and editors tested, so keep length in mind and match the appropriate sized Hot Rod Fuel to your skiing preferences.
