Impossible to confuse with the sweater vests found at golf courses and bingo parlors, the Patagonia Down Sweater Vest for Women comes packed with ultra-toasty 800-fill down that traps heat in alpine conditions. It has a minimalist design that practically floats, and is so compact it stuffs into its own stretch-mesh internal pocket (with a carabiner clip-in loop). The innovative, superlight 100% all-recycled polyester shell (1.4-oz 22-denier) with a DWR (durable water repellent) finish provides wind and water protection as well as a high tear-strength; quilting stabilizes the down. With zippered handwarmer pockets, a drawcord hem and strategically placed quilting in the torso and neck for a feminine silhouette.

The perfect accessory! Practical and good looking. I love this vest! It is a wonderful weight for cool mornings, evenings, and those wretched air-conditioned spaces. It is wonderfully packable and always looks superb.

brilliant heat with mnimal weight I love this vest. Actually this was a second one I purchased for my mother as I love mine so much. Easy to travel with on a plane as no weight and could be mini pillow if needed. Especially love the inner zipped pocket for creditcard/passport. I own the same item with arms too. it hides under a fashion coat if needed. best down item I own( and I love down!)

warm, sweet looking, the perfect addition for cool days I love it, when I first got it I thought it wouldn't be warm enough because it is so light and thin, but it has proved me wrong and I wear it every day. it keeps me at the perfect temp. (not too hot, not too cold)I also got the orange and the color sort of threw me off at first because it was so brilliant and you can see the feathers through the fabric, but I get loads of compliments on it's appearance - perhaps they have worn off on me because now I think the color is great; I just love wearing it.
