Belted Class V is top of the class The TNF Belted Class V is a great pair of shorts. The move well, and dry fast. The belt hangs freely but can be tucked in and still works fine.

awesome! very comfortable shorts. I hate the new style of below the knee drives me nuts, because above the knee is hard to find these days. They are extremely comfortable, the belted waist keeps the waist snug in and out of the water. I picked up the navy blue pair, and now after wearing them over the course of a week, im going to pickup another :) Highly recommend for average adults who have a beer gut and like the shorts above the knee.
