good lightweight trail shoe A good shoe but not as much cushioning as the Assail IV of which I had two pairs. Still, overall a good lightweight trail shoe offering a smooth ride over easy to moderate trails.

Dependable, durable. I use my Nike trail running shoes to do the Bruce Trail and the Niagara Escarpment. I'm a 245-pound guy, so I'm very conscious of both wear...and tear. These are a solid pair of shoes.
