Great Jacket The Afterburner was my first "Windstopper" jacket and it has exceeded my expectations. I wear the jacket in the high desert areas of Southern California where the wind just howls in the winter. The Afterburner is very effective at stopping the wind and keeping me warm. In a light rain, the Afterburner works well in shedding the rain. The quality of the jacket is very high, seams, zippers and materials are all very robust. I especially like the Velcro closure on the cuffs. By adjusting the closure, it is possible to tailor the jacket sleeve length. Now that I own this jacket, I think I will be leaving my old fleece jacket and outer shell in the closet.
