Great jacket! I first bought a Burton jacket for my son & it was a system jacket. Despite its unbulky appearance & feel, it kept him really warm even in the frigid Northeast. Now bought the modem jacket & it's almost exactly like the system, just as warm, except that there is no inner jacket that zips out (which is fine if you don't wear the inner jacket separately that often anyway). Great jacket for braving the winter streets as well as for the slopes.
