Wow! High areobic activities in cold weather a must. The fit for this tight is spot on. I'm 6'3" and just shy of 200lbs and a LRG is perfect. Gore's Windstopper N2S does stretch a bit over time so if they feel a bit snug out of the box wait! I use these right now for X-Country Skiing in temps of 5+ F and match the proper base and they breath, keep me comfy and do not over heat. This is a stellar product, try under a shell pant or soft shell pant for the ultimate combo in very cold weather. I paired them with a softshell pant and was nice an toasty in temps of -5 to -20 F. The knit backer is does not itch or cause discomfort and feel awesome next to skin.
