High quality Mountain Hardwear fleece I bought this as a gift for my young adult daughter who loves to wear fleece all year round. It is close-fitting, attractive, and soft. It does not have any stiffness like some wind-proof fleece jackets. The double cuff is a bit bulky, but she does not mind. It wears great alone or under a shell for snowboarding.

Great little xc-ski jacket I bought mine for cross country skiing. It's breathable and warm. It works great with a light base layer at 15 degrees F and warmer. I haven't tried it in colder weather yet but I'm certain a midweight base layer will be perfect in 0 to 15 degrees with a wind. The fit is great for skiing. As an all around jacket in cold weather where you might want to wear a sweater underneath, it would probably feel too bulky so you might want to size up if that's what you're looking for. I just wish the espresso color was available although the marinara which I got is still a good color.
