good all around shoe I was able to wear these shoes right "out of the box" without the usual discomfort of breaking them in. I work 12 - 16 hour days, on my feet. These shoes hang in there with good support. These are my first pair of Merrells... I normally wear Ecco... but they won't be my last.

good and bad features Soles and shoe last are good. Toe box curl upward like so many ugly and uncomfortable modern styles. This is a stupid feature which makes an otherwise good design almost painful by rubbing against top of foot and toes.

great shoes These shoes are really comfortable, but I had to order a 1/2 size lower than I usually wear in Dansko. They're great with jeans.
