great hat this hat looks good no matter where you go. comfortable, and pretty warm.

Well-made, but could be more practical This looks like a wool version of the US Army's ACU/fatigue cap. I thought the product pic made it look like it had a rounded top, but it is more square/boxy in appearance, like the fatigue cap. Good fit/construction (Large fit my 7 3/8 head well). The curved peak is rather pronounced, which offers cover for eyeglasses, though the style may take getting used to. I would have thought OR would have included tuck-in ear flaps, since if it's cool enough to require a woolen cap, it might be nippy for the ears. Perhaps this design is more for folks going from car to indoor event via the parking lot. Overall, a smart-looking, perhaps old-fashioned style, alternative to a ski hat.
