Fits any boat, positioned bow or stern up, with your back against either the hull or the cockpit opening. Three long, heavy-duty webbing straps clip around the middle and both ends to ensure a secure hold. Stows easily in the back of your boat when you're on the water.

Great item to prevent injury and stress to neck This item is great because normally kayakers carry their kayaks on one or the other shoulder which over time leads to scoliosis of the spine and neck. This item allows even placement on both shoulders preventing injury and stress on kayaker's shoulders.

Does the job - well. The NRS Whitewater Kayak Sherpa does the job for which it was designed. Strap it to your boat and then put the boat on your back like a big backpack. What more can I say?
