We took a water moc of pliable, foot-friendly molded EVA with Merrell Air Cushion and started paring it into a cloud. Punched in wash-ready portals, turned the heel counter into an airy backstay and carved out the forefoot for easy feel and mobility. Then added one-tug lacing. The non-marking Vibram Vapor sole got the same treatment: Cut away for lightness, exposing the EVA upper, but wrapping protectively over the toes and along the sidewalls, with graduated gripping lugs.

really cool sandals These are really cool sandals. They may rub below your ankle the first few times you wear them but they break in after that.

Love them! I am an extreme amphibious shoe addict. I use the heck out of them. These are awesome shoes. They are lightweight, supportive, attractive, have great traction, and seem to keep the stones out well. What more could one ask for? Awesome.
