These are stripped-down, superlight backcountry hard shells for big-mountain steeps. They're also soft and packable - and provide waterproof/breathable protection in unpredictable conditions. The upper legs of the pants are lined with a brushed grid mesh that moves moisture and glides snag-free over layers. Full-featured gaiters with gripper elastic, cam buckles and stretch panels stay put, even when you're post-holing. Steam-releasing thigh vents and handy thigh pockets are accessible under pack straps or harness. Men's pants come in two inseams: 30 1/2" (short) and 32 1/2" (regular). Imported.
