Unlike fleece jackets that sometimes begin to fray after prolonged use on the trail, the Redpoint Optimus Jacket has a durable and lightweight Keeler nylon ripstop face that holds up under the abrasion of a loaded pack. The great warmth-to-weight design also makes the Redpoint Optimus a great stowable piece for sailing, backpacking and just about any cool outdoor activity that doesn't involve a ton of rain.
