Great rash guard! I wore this rash guard while snorkeling in slightly chilly waters (about 76 degrees) and it provided just enough of a layer to keep me comfortable. It is quite stretchy so it was easy to get on and off even though I had a swimsuit underneath. I highly recomend this rash guard! (As a side note, I ordered the same shirt for my husband who is between a L and XL. The larger size was more comfortable.)

Great layer or cool weather shirt This Hydrosilk Rash Guard shirt is very form fitting, but non-constricting. Works well as a layer or just by itself in cool weather. I recently went for a paddle in some cool weather (50 degrees or so) with this shirt layered under my Gore-Tex jacket, about two miles out I got hot and removed my jacket. Then it started to rain, I paddled back in the rain with just this shirt on, and all though I got wet, I stayed very warm in this short sleeve shirt.
