Great Full Head protection... This is the same full head helmet the Navy Seals are famous for using. I've owned my share of Pro-tecs, which I've used for snow and recreation, so this helmet was an easy sell. 1 problem: Inside the helmet, to the rear are two rubber adjustable straps which allow your head to fit snugly in the helmet. The only problem with this is that the the two points where these straps secure to the helmet's shell end at an abrupt 90-degreee angle and create a good degree of concentrated pressure on the rear of your neck, just below the back of your skull. If applying pressure to those areas from the outside of the helmet will cause a degree of pain (something the helmet was supposed to avoid!). This is remedied by cutting part of the strap off, which will still secure your head as designed as well as create less potential pain from impact. You shouldn't have to do this, though. Otherwise, a great, form-fitting, lightweight helmet with decent insulation in the cold.
